La semaine derni\u00e8re marquait le d\u00e9but de ma pr\u00e9paration pour le Challenge Roth :\u00a030 semaines\u00a0avant le grand jour ! Je vous ferai donc d\u00e9sormais suivre ma pr\u00e9paration avec un petit-compte-rendu hebdomadaire : s\u00e9ances, sensations, faits marquants, je vous dirai tout. C\u2019est donc parti avec le CR S-30 !<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au programme<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je suis un plan d\u2019entra\u00eenement issu du livre <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2hUrtnK\">Ironfit<\/a> de Don Fink. Il s\u2019agit du programme interm\u00e9diaire (les autres programmes sont le programme \u00ab Pour finir \u00bb et le \u00ab Comp\u00e9titif \u00bb). Je r\u00e9alise cette s\u00e9ance pendant la pause d\u00e9j\u2019 et n\u2019ai le temps de nager 40 minutes et 1700m, ayant des obligations professionnelles. Je r\u00e9alise \u00e0 la place une s\u00e9ance de 30 minutes de home-trainer sur Zwift, en Z2 \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je pars d\u00e8s le lendemain matin en d\u00e9placement pro. Comme je l\u2019avais pr\u00e9vu, la journ\u00e9e est longue et fatigante : il s\u2019agira donc de ma journ\u00e9e de \u00ab repos \u00bb triathl\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le mercredi matin, je me l\u00e8ve aux aurores (5h30) afin d\u2019aller courir. Je sais que si je n\u2019y vais pas de bon matin, je n\u2019irai pas du tout. Ce n\u2019est pas en prenant deux jours de repos \u00e0 a suite que je vais bien \u00eatre pr\u00eat pour mon Ironman ! Pas la meilleure heure pour prendre une photo en tout cas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/IMG_2792.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-594\" src=\"http:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/IMG_2792.jpg\" alt=\"img_2792\" width=\"960\" height=\"960\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/IMG_2792.jpg 960w, https:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/IMG_2792-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/IMG_2792-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/IMG_2792-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/IMG_2792-215x215.jpg 215w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alors que le plan ne pr\u00e9voyait que 30 minutes en Z2, j\u2019en cours 46 : quitte \u00e0 \u00eatre sorti \u00e0 cette heure-l\u00e0 dans le froid et le noir, autant ne pas r\u00e9aliser une mini-sortie.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/activities\/803246017\/embed\/48e7ff561a91b398dc3532f4943a0e89e93f575e\" width=\"590\" height=\"405\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De retour chez moi le jeudi soir, j\u2019enchaine avec une s\u00e9ance facile : 30 minutes de home-trainer (encore et toujours sur Zwift) en Z1 avec une cadence de p\u00e9dalage \u00e9lev\u00e9e (+ de 100 rpm).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vendredi matin, s\u00e9ance de natation club d\u2019une heure. Apr\u00e8s des premi\u00e8res semaines tranquilles, les coaches souhaitent d\u00e9sormais augmenter le kilom\u00e9trage et les \u00e9ducatifs tr\u00e8s techniques et \u00ab lents \u00bb commencent \u00e0 \u00eatre remplac\u00e9s par des exercices \u00e0 vitesse l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus rapide. Moi qui d\u2019habitude ne nage qu\u2019entre 2000 et 2200m durant les s\u00e9ances club, je nage cette fois-ci 2400m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le samedi, c\u2019est v\u00e9lo ! J\u2019effectuerai \u00e0 terme mes s\u00e9ances le samedi matin de bonne heure afin d\u2019\u00eatre rentr\u00e9 t\u00f4t et de pouvoir profiter de la journ\u00e9e avec ma petite femme mais pour l\u2019instant, pas besoin vu la dur\u00e9e de la s\u00e9ance (1h). Je la r\u00e9alise donc sur home-trainer devant la t\u00e9l\u00e9. Ou plut\u00f4t, \u00e0 Londres puisque c&rsquo;est le circuit que Zwift me fait emprunter ce jour-l\u00e0!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/activities\/804670650\/embed\/62e2ba125ea53b9c4e60e757979577fbc46ee64d\" width=\"590\" height=\"405\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il ne reste alors plus qu\u2019une s\u00e9ance \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser pour cl\u00f4turer la semaine : la sortie longue de course \u00e0 pied. Le plan ne propose qu\u2019une s\u00e9ance d\u2019une heure mais j\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des s\u00e9ances d\u20191h30 les semaines pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes et je me sens bien. De plus, j\u2019ai fait sauter une s\u00e9ance de 30 minutes de CAP par rapport au plan original. Si cette semaine c\u2019\u00e9tait surtout une question de logistique, j\u2019avoue que cette s\u00e9ance est bien celle qui me motive le moins. Difficile de se motiver pour courir 15 minutes dans le froid apr\u00e8s avoir roul\u00e9 30\u2019 en home-trainer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au final, j\u2019ai tout de m\u00eame effectu\u00e9 exactement le volume d\u2019entrainement requis, avec un l\u00e9ger d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre course \u00e0 pied \/ natation : succ\u00e8s !
