La fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 le moment id\u00e9al pour couper un peu, profiter des proches, des f\u00eates de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, de la nourriture des f\u00eates de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e&#8230; et des jours de mauvais temps pour passer quelques heures sur internet \u00e0 la recherche des courses qui seront au programme en 2016! Petite pr\u00e9sentation de mes objectifs 2016.<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Comment j&rsquo;\u00e9tablis mon programme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour \u00e9tablir mon programme\u00a0de courses, je commence tout d&rsquo;abord en listant les \u00e9v\u00e9nements importants qui m&rsquo;occuperont \u00e0 des dates ou a des p\u00e9riodes donn\u00e9es et qui font que je serai incapable de participer \u00e0 une comp\u00e9tition, ou bien de m&rsquo;entrainer s\u00e9rieusement. Typiquement: mariages, vacances \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger, visite de proches&#8230; pour certains de ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements, il est difficile d&rsquo;avoir une vision \u00e0 plus de 6 mois et c&rsquo;est la raison pour laquelle mon programme est encore flou\u00a0pour le second semestre 2016. De plus, je suis un peu r\u00e9ticent \u00e0 tirer des plans sur la com\u00e8te \u00e0 une telle \u00e9ch\u00e9ance sachant qu&rsquo;une blessure ou un autre \u00e9v\u00e9nement inattendu peut tout remettre en questions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je liste ensuite toutes les courses qui m&rsquo;int\u00e9ressent potentiellement, dans la r\u00e9gion ou (un peu) plus loin, en allant glaner les infos sur le net et en \u00e9tablissant une synth\u00e8se des infos sur un tableau Excel magnifique (&#8230; ou pas). Voil\u00e0 \u00e0 quoi il ressemblait il y a quelques semaines:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Capture-tableau-Excel.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-191 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Capture-tableau-Excel.jpg\" alt=\"Capture tableau Excel\" width=\"981\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Capture-tableau-Excel.jpg 981w, https:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Capture-tableau-Excel-300x122.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 981px) 100vw, 981px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une fois la liste \u00e9tablie, je d\u00e9finis\u00a0les \u00e9v\u00e9nements majeurs qui feront ma saison, mes objectifs principaux, mes \u00ab\u00a0A races\u00a0\u00bb comme disent les Am\u00e9ricains. Typiquement, une course sur laquelle je vais essayer de battre un record ou une distance que je vais essayer pour la premi\u00e8re fois, comme l<a href=\"http:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/index.php\/2015\/11\/18\/antiquite-cr-70-3-de-vichy-2015\/\">e Half de Vichy cette ann\u00e9e<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je choisis\u00a0alors des courses de pr\u00e9paration qui me permettront d&rsquo;arriver dans une condition optimale au d\u00e9part de mes courses \u00ab\u00a0objectif\u00a0\u00bb, comme un 10k avant un semi-marathon ou un triathlon M quelques semaines avant un L.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfin, je me rajoute quelques courses \u00ab\u00a0Plaisir\u00a0\u00bb sur lesquelles j&rsquo;arriverai sans objectif et sans pression, telles que le Lyon Urban Trail ou son petit fr\u00e8re le Lyon Urban Trail by Night. Je me laisse aussi un peu de place afin de pouvoir rajouter une \u00e9preuve \u00e0 laquelle je ne pensais peut-\u00eatre pas initialement comme <a href=\"http:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/index.php\/2015\/11\/23\/cr-10km-des-foulees-venissianes-2015\/\">le 10k de V\u00e9nissieux<\/a> cette ann\u00e9e dont j&rsquo;ai appris l&rsquo;existence un mois avant la course.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>And the winnners are&#8230;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/logo-mitja.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-172 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/logo-mitja.png\" alt=\"logo-mitja\" width=\"332\" height=\"139\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/logo-mitja.png 332w, https:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/logo-mitja-300x126.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 332px) 100vw, 332px\" \/><\/a>\u00a0La saison 2016 commencera donc avec l<a href=\"http:\/\/edreamsmitjabarcelona.com\/\">e semi-marathon de Barcelone<\/a> <strong>mi-f\u00e9vrier<\/strong>. L&rsquo;occasion de d\u00e9couvrir une ville que je ne connais pas, de passer un week-end \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger pour la Saint-Valentin&#8230; et d&rsquo;essayer de batter mon record sur semi! Mon meilleur temps remonte \u00e0 2013 o\u00f9 j&rsquo;avais couru en 1h43 \u00e0 Boulogne Billancourt, un parcours r\u00e9put\u00e9 pour \u00eatre rapide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une semaine plus tard, j&rsquo;enchainerai peut-\u00eatre (si j&rsquo;ai bien r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 et que la motivation est l\u00e0)\u00a0avec une course beaucoup plus locale, <a href=\"http:\/\/jocel69.free.fr\/FSP_Divers\/foulees_sanpriotes.htm\">les Foul\u00e9es San Priotes<\/a>, sur le 10k, pour le fun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le mois de <strong>mars<\/strong> se d\u00e9roulera \u00e9galement \u00e0 domicile puisque le d\u00e9part du 10k des <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lesfouleesdevilleurbanne.fr\/\">Foul\u00e9es de Villeurbanne<\/a> aura lieu \u00e0 mois d&rsquo;un kilom\u00e8tre de chez moi. A cette \u00e9poque de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 la temp\u00e9rature peut encore s&rsquo;av\u00e9rer un peu basse, cap au sud avec une premi\u00e8re participation au <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cannes-international-triathlon.com\/\">Triathlon de Cannes<\/a>, avec des distances apparemment un peu modifi\u00e9es par rapport aux distances habituelles: 1km de natation, 50km de v\u00e9lo et 8km de course \u00e0 pied, sur la Croisette!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Petite incertitude en ce qui concerne le mois de <strong>mai<\/strong> o\u00f9 je compte\u00a0prendre part\u00a0\u00e0 un autre triathlon moyenne distance, aux alentours de Lyon cette fois-ci: plusieurs options sont envisageables, comme le Triathlon de Bourg en Bresse ou celui de Rumilly&#8230; Je me repencherai dessus dans les mois qui viennent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En juin, Triathlon M du Lac des Sapins, <a href=\"http:\/\/tri-bulations.com\/index.php\/2015\/11\/18\/antiquite-cr-lac-des-sapins-2015\/\">comme en 2015<\/a>&#8230; en esp\u00e9rant faire mieux! Le programme de la seconde moiti\u00e9 2016 sera \u00e9labor\u00e9 progressivement lors des mois qui viennent, en fonction de plusieurs param\u00e8tres et en particulier la forme affich\u00e9e et les r\u00e9sultats obtenus sur les premi\u00e8res courses de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e&#8230; Les\u00a0\u00e9preuves d\u00e9j\u00e0 programm\u00e9es vont d&rsquo;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 me permettre de bien occuper les froids soir\u00e9es d&rsquo;hiver \u00e0 venir&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2015 est finie!
